For 70 years, VAN HEES has been setting benchmarks in the development and production of high-quality processing additives, spices and spice mixtures, convenience products and aromas for the meat industry which are used and valued in equal measure in both trade and the industry.
Kurt van Hees recognised the advantage of food-grade phosphates in meat processing in the 1940s. As a pioneer in this area, he founded VAN HEES GmbH in 1947 and developed many notable and patented processing additives. Innovative products and new technologies have been the focus of the VAN HEES business activity ever since. The medium-sized family company employs over 400 staff today and sells its products and solutions to national and international customers.
Today, VAN HEES products are supplied to more than 80 countries worldwide and the knowledge of advanced meat processing is passed on in training courses and seminars to customers from around the world.
