The Parsnipship makes unique, handcrafted savoury vegan & vegetarian food. Founder Ben Moss started the company 12 years ago, cooking from home in the Vale of Glamorgan, selling at Riverside Farmer’s Market in Cardiff.

The company now has a dedicated team of 7 employees and a large production kitchen in Ogmore Vale, South Wales. The Parsnipship’s delicious range of savoury prepared foods are made from original recipes, tried and tested among an existing loyal customer base which is growing as the market for plant-based food expands. At the heart of the company is passion for innovative product development and their commitment to sustainable business practices. The Parsnipship gained SALSA certification in January 2019.

Owner Ben is passionate about creating wonderful food. His hope is that The Parnsipship’s products are enjoyed not only by committed plant eaters, but by anyone looking for delicious, hearty, natural and convenient food. The Parnipship’s range is for anyone and everyone who just loves good food!
