STAND 60 - MADE IN CALABRIA, THE TOE OF ITALY'S BOOT
Already at the beginning of 1900, Mr. Francesco Trimboli cultivated with great passion the very ancient grapes originating from Greece of the eighth century AC producing a fortified wine characterized by an intense bouquet and soft, warm and sweet taste, with a perfectly balanced and well-structured aftertaste. These characteristics have been honed over time by
the passion that his nephew Flavio Latella, continuing with dedication and love inherited by his parents, turned this passion into a real winery ready to reap success in Italy and beyond. The vines cover an area of 3 hectares and in 2007 he made the cellar with suitable machinery for the processing of “Greco di Bianco” wine. He also created some greenhouses for drying the grapes in order to obtain a better quality and healthy grapes. “Greco di Bianco” can be considered one of the most precious and rare Italian dessert wines, produced by a few welldefined
vineyards in the province of Reggio Calabria.
