Seamore’s founder mistook seaweed for pasta, loved the experience and decided to fool the rest of the world with ‘I sea pasta’, a 100% seaweed that looks and tastes like pasta. Early adopters from Amsterdam to Adelaide started swapping carbs for veggies and creating dishes like ‘I sea bolognese’. Next, we discovered 'I sea bacon', a seaweed that turns into (green) bacon when fried. Now it's time to upgrade another favorite food with seaweed: 'I sea wraps', a fresh tortilla made with 50% of glorious sea veggies and 30% spelt flour.
Our mission is to turn seaweed into an everyday food by offering tasty, healthy and sustainable seaweed alternative to the foods we love. We are developing a full range of seaweed products in major food categories that are sold in specialized retail stores, innovative mainstream retailers and through food service channels in various countries.
