Premier Foods launched the first ever Dysphagia Chef of the Year Competition in 2015. At Food Matters Live 2016, the winner will be demonstrating their winning dishes along with Foodservice Channel Controller Mark Taylor.
Following the successful launch of Premier Foods Healthcare Solutions Programme, we are continuing our journey to reappraise catering solutions for the healthcare sector. Our aim is to support and improve standards of catering for dysphagia sufferers in the long term.
