Opera Terrae is the offspring in the traditional italian gastronomic art that gets its origins from the treasures that Mother Nature provides us.
We only use fresh organic fruit, stricly processed within two days of harvest to preserve the intensity of the fragrances and richness of the flavours.
The balanced sweetness of our preserves comes from the fruit’s natural sugar with the addition of organic apple juice.
