Original company established in 1956 as a village bakery producing bread and other morning goods. This changed over a period of years and the bakery no longer produces bread products but cake, biscuits and sweet pies. We evolved into a dedicated Wheat and Gluten Free bakery at our current premises in 2008 and now supply all major UK retailers together with numerous wholesalers. The bakery is also very active in the export market supplying a large part of Europe, the Middle East, Australia, U.S.A., and is currently negotiating with potential Chinese and Japanese distributors.
We produce a range of high quality products manufactured in a dedicated Gluten Free facility. Our range includes many of the UK’s favourite treats, such as Cherry Bakewells, Apple Pies, Jam Tarts, and Sandwich Biscuits. Our range includes both retail and foodservice packaging formats.
