Huilerie Emile Noël is a French family business of artisan oil millers since 1920. In 1972, they were the first oil millers in France to press organically-farmed seeds when organic certification came into existence, under Nature et Progrès. Today they press a large variety of nut and seeds through first cold-pressing in order to preserve all the flavor and nutrients in their oils. They source their raw materials from local farmers when possible, and when not they are committed to developing Fair Trade supply chains internationally. They guarantee their organic quality by performing systematic analysis in their internal laboratory on each batch of raw material and of oil before bottling.
