Bug Farm Foods is an award-winning Welsh food business that produces delicious, innovative and unique foods made with the sustainable protein of the future - insects. Founded by entomologist Dr Sarah Beynon and award-winning chef Andy Holcroft, Bug Farm Foods is the culmination of a shared passion for innovation, science, the environment and delicious food. Bug Farm Foods is located on The Bug Farm research centre and visitor attraction. All recipes have been developed, tried and tested by Andy in his restaurant Grub Kitchen – the UK’s first full-time edible insect restaurant.
Featuring products including the famous Cricket Cookies, as well as powders and whole insects for cooking and snacking. Several exciting and innovative new products are in development.
