Bayn Europe helps food producers to reduce sugar and calories without sacrificing the good taste or the familiar mouthfeel. We do this with our product range of sweetened fibres that we call EUREBA®.

EUREBA® can replace sugar 1:1 in your recipe, and requires no changes in the production process. Just replace 1 kg of sugar with 1 kg of sweetened fibres. Easy!

The bulk and function of sugar is replaced by carefully selected dietary fibres. The sweetness, taste and aroma of sugar are reproduced by carefully tested combinations of sweeteners. Which dietary fibres and sweeteners that are used varies by application. We also only use ingredients of natural origin, e.g. from chicory and stevia.

Our innovation, that distinguishes EUREBA® from other sugar reduction solutions, is the fixation of sweeteners to fibres, which creates a homogeneous product that can be stored, handled and used as sugar. That is how EUREBA® shortens the time to market for your sugar reduced products.
