I have worked in the legal sector for over 15 years as a Local Government Solicitor, specialising in Licensing and Planning law. However, in 2019 I joined the family business, Dina Foods, as the Assistant General Manager and Project Director. Dina Foods is one of the UK’s leading artisan producers of specialist Mediterranean foods, which include a range of authentic flatbreads, confectionery and savouries. Breads are baked around the clock and delivered daily to restaurants, cafés and other foodservice businesses, as well as local and national retailers, alongside confectionery and savoury items. While Dina Foods was established in 1992, the basis of the business goes back to the early 1980s when the Haddad brothers established one of the first Lebanese restaurants in London’s Mayfair. They have been credited with introducing Lebanese food to the British market.
