Food Consultant, The Cattle Shed and Founder, CRAVE

Rob Brice

Rob has worked as a consultant within the food industry for over 10 years, having come from a background as a chef. Working within both development and technical for major UK retailers and manufacturers. A 5 year stint at Tesco saw him working across Free From for the business, writing manufacturing standards, policies and supporting the overall category as well as leading the technical launch of Jack’s Supermarkets. A spell as head of chilled development at The Co-op, saw his team creating food magic and more recently being asked to tear the rule book up and transform M&S’s party food range for 2020. Super passionate about Free From and the plant movement, he has developed a start up Free From disruptor brand CRAVE which is looking to launch later this year!
