Olivier Chevalier

Oliver Chevalier graduated in 1989 with a bio-engineer master’s degree.  For his entire career, he has worked for ingredients-producing companies in R&D or in technical/commercial positions.  For 15 years, Olivier has been focused on proteins, which has allowed him to develop a high level of experience in this field and the applications of proteins in the meat, savoury, and meat substitutes sectors.  Oliver joined BENEO in 2014 as “Business Development Manager Meat Applications” and now is the company’s “Senior Product Manager Functional Proteins”. He has been involved in BENEO’s wheat texture proteins project from its beginnings.
