Innovation Technologist, RSSL

Meg Eade is a Product Development Technologist working in the Product and Ingredient Innovation Team at RSSL for 4 years with both a BSc in Food Science and Patisserie qualifications. During her time with RSSL, she has undertaken both ingredient evaluation and product development projects for food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers across a range of food categories. She also has worked considerably in staying on top of market trends for the food and drink and sector to support clients in their innovation.
