COO, Sustainable Restaurant Association
Luke is COO of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, a not-for-profit, membership organisation based in the UK, which aids food-service businesses to work towards sustainability in their sector and guides customers towards more sustainable choices. Before joining the SRA, Luke worked for Unilever within R&D and Supply Chain. He has experience across many areas including; innovation in ice cream, sustainability in tea and scientific research in personal care. He has a Masters in Chemical Engineering, studied at TU Delft and lived ‘la dolce vita’ in Italy.
