James is Co-Founder of E.Mission, a consultancy working with hospitality and catering outlets to introduce the carbon emissions of food onto menus. Your diet contributes, on average, 24% of your personal carbon footprint and more people than ever before are opting to eat less meat for environmental reasons. James is working with restaurants to take advantage of these trends and support the transition to offering sustainable and delicious meals. James has experience working to fund innovation projects within the energy and built environment sectors.
