Nutrition Campaigner, Action on Sugar

Holly Gabriel

Holly is a Public Health Nutritionist and Nutrition Manager at Action on Sugar which aims to improve health by improving the food environment and reducing unnecessary sugars and calories in the population's diet. Since graduating with a First in Public Health Nutrition from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Holly has worked in several areas including in Child Weight Management and as a Nutritionist in the food industry before joining Action on Sugar in May 2018.
