Guy has been working in the food industry for over 20 years and specifically on flavours for 12 years. He has extensive knowledge of flavourings for Sweet applications including how to optimise specific technologies designed for masking off notes given by the introduction of specific ingredients. Guy trained as a chef with Paul Bocuse in Lyon and is an avid cricketer and supporter of Bath and England rugby.
