Lucy holds a MSc (Nutrition) from King’s College, London (2016) in addition to her North American Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Canada, 2000) having graduated from the Royal School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh (1991). Lucy’s career has evolved from veterinary medicine into public health promotion, sharing evidence-based nutrition science to inform and inspire sustainable transformations in health. Her Food LINKS initiative supports British Food Producers to build consumer knowledge and informs future marketing opportunities through the development of nutrition content. In addition, Lucy is a Visiting Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire, Nutritionist for Love British Food and runs her own Nutrition Consultancy. Her key research interests are the influence of diet and biodiversity on the microbiome for long-term health.
