Bryony Tinn-Disbury

Growing up in an entrepreneurial household meant Bryony evolved into a pragmatic problem-solver with a key fascination for design, advertising and connecting with people. Bryony started off her career working in advertising, producing adverts for big named brands, helping them cultivate their messaging, their target audience and reap the results. Bryony worked with large-scale marketing budgets connecting with the best designers, influencers and animators as well as organising guerrilla campaigns to create a social buzz.

After creating her first business, a retro homewares brand called Lilly Loray, selling to Liberty’s and Heals Bryony had two sons. After finding out both sons had dairy intolerances, Bryony looked into a more plant-based lifestyle. Her new passion project led her onto trying her plant-based dishes at street food events in London and Birmingham. After selling out within 2 hours at Vegan Nights in London and getting endless comments on her Jackfruit dishes including Jackfruit Pepperoni she decided to venture into making it on a bigger scale. Bryony wanted to revolutionise the way we see plant-based foods and bring something tasty and nutritious to the table, which can be enjoyed by the whole family, especially meateaters. Jack & Bry was born, tantalisingly tasty and tender plant-based meats out of jackfruit.

Bryony is launching her products online, into supermarkets and through wholesale channels to be sourced into restaurants. Jackfruit is the new super fruit, high in fibre and low in calories, it's the perfect way towards your five a day.
