Angie Jefferson

Since qualifying as a dietitian some 25 years ago Angie has held a variety of roles in the NHS and as a self-employed consultant. Her work includes working with a number of food companies, ranging from the global giant Kellogg’s to new start-ups seeking nutrition advice. Having recently completed training in Nutrigenetics, Angie is also seeing an increasing number of personal clients. With a broad array of nutrition-related business skills, Angie holds a unique position in her ability to advise both commercial and not-for-profit clients on all aspects of their business. From product R&D to web development, public speaking to bespoke training, whatever the project large or small, clients can trust Angie to deliver nutrition information to fit their needs in a down-to-earth and engaging style.
