Julie is the founder of Sustainable Kitchen, a specialist consultancy of Nutrition trained Chefs who are specialists in plant-based and allergen-free cooking. Julie is herself a Nutrition trained chef, and has held various roles in the hospitality sector in the kitchen, front of house, and also in management operations.
The Sustainable Kitchen team are experienced in helping hospitality businesses diversify their menu to cater better to customers regardless of their dietary requirements or preferences, so that businesses can attract new customers, and stand out from competitors, whilst also helping the environment. They provide collaborative menu development, training, and also have an extensive network of suppliers of plant-based and allergen free products.
