Jennifer Pardoe

With 30 years’ experience within the food industry, Jennifer has worked with food retailers, restaurants and manufacturers from product start-ups to large corporate restaurant chains.

Having previously co-founded an award-winning food retail business in 2009 and a plant-based NPD consultancy PB2B in 2014,  Jennifer went on to establish PB&Co, a plant-based food growth accelerator and sales agency in London. PB&Co works with a variety of disruptive food tech brands and F&B retailers, both UK and international. 

Jennifer says:
