Carole Bingley

Carole is a Technical Specialist working in the Product and Ingredient Innovation Team at Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL).

Carole is a Food Science graduate from Reading University and also has a Masters degree in Nutritional Medicine from Surrey University.  Carole worked for LinTech before joining RSSL working in the Product & Ingredient Innovation Department.  During her time with RSSL, she has undertaken both ingredient and product development projects on a contract basis for clients in different food industry sectors.  Carole has worked with a wide range of sweeteners and bulking agents across many food categories during her 25 years in the food industry.
