Tom Mohrmann is a creative food innovator with broad, international experience developing strong brand values and new product categories and segments. As CCO at Proti-Farm, Tom employs his passion for alternative proteins, creating sustainable solutions for the food industry by utilizing functional ingredients from environmentally sustainable insects. His industry understanding enables him to co-develop creative food concepts based on consumer insights. Tom is convinced that insect protein will be part of the solution to feed the world of tomorrow. He holds an MSc in Business Economics from Maastricht University and a postgraduate in Strategic Account Management from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
