Coach, Eating Psychology UK
Sue is the owner of Eating Psychology UK. She is a Food Educator and Certified Eating Psychology Coach, working with those who want to change the way they eat. During 2017/18 she designed and delivered a series of trainings for NHS mental health teams on the subject of ‘Mood, Food and Wellbeing’, helping the staff to have better conversations with their service users around food and eating habits. Previously, Sue worked for the University of Portsmouth, the Arts Council of England and Creativity, Culture, Education (CCE) to provide leadership for the delivery of England’s flagship creative learning programme, Creative Partnerships. She had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation and development of a range of creative learning programmes. Linking with the strategic objectives of 4 local authorities, she oversaw the individual programme budgets for 80 arts, community & educational settings. Sue speaks regularly on the subject of food education and is a ‘Come Dine With Me’ winner, for which she cooked a refined sugar- and gluten-free menu.
