Sue Baic

Sue is a registered dietitian with over 25 years’ experience including the acute NHS, private healthcare, general practice and public health.  She worked for 10 years as Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Public Health at the University of Bristol and is co author of the books Nutrition For Dummies and The GL Diet for Dummies. She is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Science Media Centre. Sue feels passionately about the benefits of communicating evidence based nutrition to the public and has a special interest in Workplace Health and Wellness having delivered and evaluated interventions for a wide range of private and public sector employers including  universities, the prison service, the House of Lords and construction industry. She is a member of the BDA Work Ready Steering Group and a tutor on the accredited Work Ready Dietitian’s training course.
