Sheila set up her consulting business in 2017 specialising in product development and innovation working as both an interim to large scale manufacturers across the industry and as a development consultant to a range of start up businesses bringing their product creations to life. She is a fellow with the Institute of Food Science & Technology and has gained specialist skills in free from; ingredient functionality and emerging trend identification. This has put her in good stead to have a proven track record delivering innovative solutions; across both free from and beyond keeping ahead of trends. She is currently working on her own innovative new to market free from range of products for a 2019 launch.
