Rosie has worked in the hospitality and catering industry for the last 2 years. She initially studied Biology at Oxford Brookes and then went on to a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition at Southampton University. Rosie’s love of food and passion for science led her to pursue a career in nutrition. Rosie believes nutrition education is key for success; giving people knowledge to help them make more informed food choices. In her current role as Nutritionist for BaxterStorey, Rosie is responsible for implementing wellbeing initiatives to enable and encourage customers to lead healthier lifestyles.
