Michelle Berriedale-Johnson

Michelle has been involved with food sensitivity for nearly 30 years, ever since her baby son and his father were both diagnosed with milk intolerance. Since then she has manufactured 'freefrom' food, written a number of books on food allergy/intolerance, devised over 1,000 'freefrom' recipes and started the hugely successful FreeFrom Food, Skincare and FreeFrom Eating Out Awards. She now also runs a publishing company, Berrydales Books, focusing on beginner’s guides to some of the more obscure medical conditions.
