Mark has over 30 years’ experience in industry and environmental consultancy and leads the Sustainable Business Team for Eunomia. Since 1995 he has undertaken a wide range of waste prevention and packaging optimisation work in the UK, EU and US across the food supply chain; from food manufacturing and distribution to food retail and food service, working with the likes of Brakes, CocaCola, Heinz, Sodexo, Subway and Tesco and global packaging suppliers including Ball.
