Innovation Manager, Sensient Flavours
Lewis Jones is an Innovation Manager at Sensient Flavours. Within his current role he is responsible for flavour research and new product development. Lewis has 15 years’ experience working in the food and flavour industry having worked previously for Firmenich and Mars. Lewis holds a Master degree in Chemistry and is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, where he is proud to Chair the Separation Science Interest Group.
