Jon Sharp has over 30 years’ experience in the F&B and hospitality industry. After graduating from Catering college in 1988, Jon started his F&B career with Scottish & Newcastle Brewery (now Heineken UK Ltd) before moving on to Greenall’s brewery.
Prior to joining Hilton, Jon started AlanHouse Restaurants before taking the role of Head of F&B for Travelodge Hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing their expansion from 50 to 150 hotel restaurants in just four years.
Jon started at Hilton seven years ago as Director of F&B UK, and within one year moved to a newly created position as Director Product Management EMEA, where he has been for the last six years. Jon is now responsible for the product development & innovation of two Hilton portfolio brands – ‘Hilton Garden Inn’ and ‘Hampton by Hilton’, incorporating the full hospitality mix, not just F&B.
