With over 25 years’ experience within the food industry, Jennifer has worked with food retailers, restaurants and manufacturers from product start-ups to large established chains.
Having previously co-founded an award-winning food retail business, Jennifer went on to establish Plant-Based to Business, a plant-based food consultancy in London. Plant-Based to Business works with a variety of disruptive F&B brands and retailers providing NPD, scaling, creative and support services for business leaders.
