Esther Pearson, General Manager, Clive’s Pies will be sharing their story of innovation to create a new range of vegan, gluten-free, organic savoury tarts using okara.

Clive’s is a family owned organic vegetarian bakery perched on the edge of Dartmoor in glorious Devon. From there they hand make a range of delicious pies, tarts and other free from foods. 

Esther joined the small management team in spring 2018 to help deliver on what has been an exciting year for the business, including launching in Waitrose. After a 15 year career as a fundraiser, Esther had been running small not for profit environment and outdoors organisations for the past decade and made the sector leap to join Clive’s after personally seeing the benefits of a plant-based diet.
