Charlotte Stirling-Reed

Charlotte Stirling-Reed is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist focusing mainly on maternal, infant and toddler nutrition. Charlotte's first class degree was in Human Biology and Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University and was followed by a Masters in Nutrition at Bristol University. The initial part of her career was spent working for the NHS where she worked as an “Early Start Community Nutritionist”.

Charlotte has also been employed as a Nutritionist with charities, local authorities and not-for-profit companies. During this time Charlotte also started her own successful nutrition consultancy company – SR Nutrition – working on a variety of disparate projects throughout the UK including: local children centre workshops; training health care professionals at a national level and working with some of the UK’s biggest food industry brands and the media. More recently Charlotte has also launched which aims to provide parents with a place to go for all information on feeding the future.
