Bryonie Hollaert is a highly experienced Registered Nutritionist in the retail sector with a First Class Honours degree in Public Health Nutrition from Leeds Metropolitan University. She is a member of the Nutritionists in Industry Group, co-chair of the IGD Industry Nutrition Strategy Group and represents Morrisons at the BRC Nutrition Working Group.
She previously acted as Morrisons Company Nutritionist. Bryonie had responsibility for nutritional issues within the own brand portfolio, including engagement with external stakeholders such as Government and consumer groups, and shaping the company strategy on health and wellness.
Bryonie is passionate about making it easier for consumers to choose the healthier option through development of commercially viable, good quality products, as well as communicating evidence-based messages about health and nutrition to the public.
