Dr. Anne Louise Dannesboe Nielsen is heading the section for Food Process and Product Development at DTI in Denmark, as part of the Agrotech business unit. The Danish technological Institute is a leading research and technology company. They help their customers converting the newest knowledge and technology into value. Their high-tech laboratories are equipped with world-class equipment within different areas such as energy and climate, food, biotechnology, materials, construction and production. Anne Louise has been involved in a wide variety of R&D projects on food and food ingredients. Especially the future of food has her interest and she and her team are diving into this topic in new R&D projects now looking at 3D printed food, insects as a novel protein source and alternatives to meat.
