Professor of Neuroengineering, University College London
Nick Lesica is a Professor of Neuroengineeringat University College London. He leads a research team that is working to understand the brain circuitry that gives rise to perception, and to devise ways to restore normal perception following sensory impairment.
Nick studied at MIT and Harvard, and worked as a researcher in Japan and Germany before joining UCL where he holds a Wellcome Trust Senior Research Fellowship. His book about the science of eating, ‘A Conversation About Healthy Eating’, was published in 2017.
