Sarah Augustine has big hair, and an even bigger love for food.
Her lifelong crush on food is what got her into the industry. After gaining a degree in Biology from University of Bath she shamelessly hustled her favourite food brand, unearthed®, until they gave her a job in the marketing team.
Fast forward a few years and she’s a highly spirited member of a small team with a big mission: oomi® is a new healthy food brand, which focuses on delivering protein in a convenient & sustainable way. oomi® noodles are high in protein, low in carbs, gluten free, and in Sarah’s words “damn tasty”. Luckily lots of people agree.
Sarah is the marketing mastermind for oomi®, raising brand awareness, developing a following, and hatching plans to get oomi® into people’s mouths and minds. Pretty handy with a wok, she regularly whips up new convenient recipes to inspire the oomi® community, with the guiding principle: “Everywhere you use a noodle, use an oomi® noodle!”
Sarah is most frequently dressed in multi-coloured active wear, ready to embark on some sort of outdoor adventure.
She meets with explorers in green spaces.
She gets through copious quantities of peanut butter each week.
And her favourite colour is yellow.
