Oliver joined Bridges in 2014. He has extensive experience in the Consumer sector, both as a lender and equity investor to SMEs. At Bridges Fund Management he is focused on identifying high growth sub-sectors and entrepreneurial businesses, in which Bridges can invest.
Having worked at both HSBC and BZW, Oliver joined Rabobank, establishing their London acquisition finance business. He then joined Langholm, a specialist investor in the consumer sector, where he became a Partner. During his 12 years at Langholm he led investments in Dorset Cereals, Tyrrells Crisps, Bart Ingredients and Purity Soft Drinks.
Bridges is a leading UK based social impact investor, selecting only those investment opportunities which directly address pressing societal and environmental challenges. Oliver leads the fund’s investments in the Hub Pharmacy, World of Books, Vegetarian Express and Wholebake. These investments are tackling challenges such as health and wellbeing, sustainable living and underserved markets.
