Louise joined Compass Group in March 2015 as Marketing Director for its UK & Ireland business. Prior to joining Compass, Louise had a long term consulting role as Global Innovation Projects Director at Costa, and Senior Brand Development and Marketing roles at Moet Hennessy, Diageo and P&G, both locally and globally.
Louise uses her industry knowledge to drive innovation across Compass Group UK & Ireland, supporting the business to create even better food and beverage experiences for our consumers. She also leads our Insight team and consumer digital strategy.
Every day is a veritable feast for Louise, thinking up food concepts and drawing inspiration from different world cuisines. Health and wellbeing is a real focus for Compass. Louise’s marketing team work closely with our in house nutritionists and food development team to design food concepts that are healthy and delicious in the knowledge that one of the best ways to encourage people to eat healthy food is to make it taste great.
