Amy Heap, Brand Manager – Mr Kipling, PREMIER FOODS
Amy has worked across leading brands in the FMCG market including Johnson & Johnson (Women's Health, Baby & Cough & Cold), Burton's Biscuits (Cadbury Biscuit seasonal) and now manages the Mr Kipling brand at Premier Foods where she developed the Summer Cake Range and more recently the Gluten Free range.
Jenny Hardwick, Senior Nutrition Manager – Sweet Treats, PREMIER FOODS
Jenny has experience working on well-loved brands such as Nescafe, Nesquik and Mr.Kipling. She is currently leading the Nutrition Improvement programme for their sweet treats at Premier Foods, with particular focus on sugar reduction in cake and pastry products including the technical, consumer and marketing implications this brings to the category.
Rebekah Hall, CEO & Co-Founder, BOTANIC LAB
Rebekah is the CEO and founder of Botanic Lab, the innovative drinks business making waves in the UK market. Rebekah knows the health and wellbeing sector inside out, both as a consumer and also a business owner, but is unashamedly cynical about it.
Ali Daly, Managing Director, BOS
Specialising in branding and packaging, Ali’s career spans over a decade. She’s driven award-winning projects for FMCG and retail brands, such as: ASDA, Somerfield, Danone, Annabel Karmel, Tommee Tippee, Westons Cider, Indesit and Kenwood.
