Food Matters Live 2020, 13-14 October, Convention Centre, O2 InterContinental

TUESDAY 19 NOVEMBER, GALLERY ROOM 4

Whilst there are a growing number of environmentally-conscious consumers shifting to a more sustainable diet, there is still an even greater percentage of the population that are not. This session explores how far mainstreaming sustainable diets can go in the current status quo. How is the flexitarian movement influencing consumers? How can we move beyond the early adopters to the non-adopters? And, how can manufacturers and retailers support engagement across all demographics?
