A demontration focusing on the role of the extra virgin olive oil and its use in cuisine.

Enzo Oliveri, Chef and Influencer , the head chef of the restaurant Tasting Sicily in Trafalgar Square, will illustrate the role of this unique ingredient in kitchen and the impact it has on high-quality cuisine.

The Sicilian Consortium Cofiol will be testimonial of the initiative. The members of the consortium play an important role in protecting Sicilian olive oil culture through family-owned and cooperative companies, guided by the principle of commitment to quality.
