This session will examine the role of the designer in the world of food, creating new visions about how we eat, what we eat and how we relate to food. Eating designer Marije Vogelzang, who has pioneered a design-led approach to food, will look at how it can be used as a tool to understand the world around us, taking us on a journey through food and emotions, sensorial experience and political paradoxes.
