THURSDAY 22ND NOVEMBER, GALLERY ROOM 4

This session will look at the consumer trends and developments in cognitive health and performance and nutrition. As dietary patterns have changed over recent years, with increased intake of red meat, high fat foods and refined sugars, speakers will review the latest scientific research linking diet to mental health and physical performance.
