Registering for FM Global Events
When you register for an FM Global Ltd event on the registration website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Tickets purchased for Food Matters Live 2019, Food Matters Summit, and Match Meet the Buyer are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled, moved to another date.
Each Visitor or Delegate must complete the online visitor or delegate registration form issued by the Organiser. This information will only be used for the organisation of the conference, for material produced for Visitors, Delegates and Sponsors and to facilitate the networking sessions.
Any offers of discount on the entry fee, is not applicable for students.
The Organiser will determine the scope and content of conference sessions, seminars, workshops and activities throughout the Event.
For promotional purposes, there may be professional photography and video production taking place during the Event. Visitors or Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to email@example.com prior to the event.
You hereby agree that you will only use the registration website in accordance with these Terms and/or additional Terms.
You are responsible for any content provided by you which is published on the registration website.
Due to the nature of a matchmaking, event organisers will initiate several mailings to inform and alert participant’s about the start of booking meetings, reminders to book meetings, confirmation of participation, meeting schedules, feedback, etc.
These terms and conditions are binding upon the Visitor or Delegate submitting a registration form.
