We understand that taking part in Food Matters Live inevitably results in the use of energy and resources, and so we are committed to reducing the environmental and carbon impact of the event by:

  • Reducing waste through the re-use and recycling of materials
  • Minimising the usage of water and energy
  • Working with our customers, suppliers, and all those connected with Food Matters Live to adopt a similar approach
