UK industry to halve food waste by 2030

Ninety of the UK’s largest retailers, food producers, manufacturers, and hospitality and food service companies have committed to ambitious milestones laid out in a new ground-breaking industry Food Waste Reduction Roadmap; developed with IGD and WRAP to further reduce the UK’s £20 billion food waste problem.

Shocking sugar levels in kids' yoghurt

A new survey of yoghurts sold in the UK has found that less than 10% are low sugar – almost none of which are children’s yoghurts. The findings also revealed that organic products, often viewed as healthier options, contain some of the highest levels of sugar.
